All credit or debit card payments are only accepted through paypal secure checkout system, where Anime Confetti has NO means to knowing your card information. Representative from Anime Confetti will NEVER ask customers to provide credit or debit card information. If someone claiming to be our representative asks you for credit or debit card information, he or she is a fraud!

Flexibility:
At AC, we try to be flexible when it comes to payment methods and shipping options. We set out some default payment methods and shipping method. However, if you have an alternative payment method, which you think can save you some money, tell us about it! We want to know how to help our customers save too ^^.. As long as it does not result in additional charges on our part. And if you do not mind waiting for 2-3 months for your merchandise and is willing to take the risk of surface mail to save cost, let us know. We are willing to ship it slow if you are willing to wait.. =P

If you are looking for anything in particular, or you see something on another online shop or auction site and want it badly but you do not have debit or credit cards, we will try our best to help you acquire it. As far as possible, we can even try to get the sellers to ship items directly to you to save you one round of shipping cost. We do not set any rules here.
