Ordering:
Browse through our categories and if anything interests you, simply add them to your cart. Our shopping cart will tell you if an item has insufficient stock. When that happens, please reduce the quantity. At the end of everything, just check out. Remember to check your orders carefully before clicking CONFIRM ORDER. Once you have completed checkout, no changes to your order will be entertained.

Payment:
We accept the following payment methods:
Mailed Cash (at your own risk) in SGD or USD
Paypal (recommended for overseas customers)
Bank transfers (Singapore banks)
Western Union (denominated in SGD or USD).

Payment is expected within 1 week from the day you place your purchase. If we do not receive your payment within 1 week, your order will be cancelled and items will be returned to the inventory. If you are mailing us your payment from overseas, please ensure that payment is mailed out within a week. Please contact us after you have sent the payment. We trust that you have sent it when you tell us you did. However, if after 1 month, your payment still has not arrived, we will cancel your order.

Please contact us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE after you have made payment, especially for bank transfers! Provide us with your order number, the exact amount you paid, and the date/time you did the transfer. It is very difficult for us to process your order if you do not contact us to let us know when you did the transfer.

In the event remittance services such as Wester Union charges you a fee, Anime Confetti WILL NOT reimburse these fees. You are advised to check with them what are the charges applicable.

Shipping:
All items on Anime Confetti are shipped by registered mail. In the event of lost parcels, full refund can be claimed. However, we will not be responsible for damages to the parcels caused by negligence on the postal service / customs side.
